I think dark thoughts so my children can live with an open mind


I saw this too, I saw this as your way of protecting your children. Maybe if we take the world upon our shoulders, they wont have to deal with the ugly so often... Thats how I felt when I read this. Being a single mother myself, I can understand the desire.. Unfortunately, it never seems to work that way..
When I first started reading this I felt lost and helpless, but toward the end I felt more like a loving parent trying to pass onto my child, understanding.

I have an affiliation for your writing profiit, even though our experiences are obviously different, I love your style.. all your work so far,and with this one, the hidden message in there was something fresh and different to the average poem.
