basically 9/11 was less about the hatred for americans and more about the (almost) never ending conflict between christians and muslims....unfortunately for us america is and will always be potrayed as a christian nation like it or not..........face it when the pilgrims landed here their religous beliefs were forever imprinted on this country...............those who write off the terrorists as simply hata's of america obviously don't know what a jihad is.......a holy war.........america is a great country however we have some very bad habits.........the biggest one being...in my opinion is attempting to walk in and tell soverign (misspelled i know) nations what to do and how to run their country...........personally i feel the war in Iraq took advantage of the mood of the country and george bush used our feelings of patriotism and fear to wage war for personal/political gain.........i mean with the exception of saddams sons what did we accomplish? what weapons of mass destruction did we find.........are the iraqi people free........hell we've lost more soldiers since the president declared the war a success than we did in the actual war..................basically what i'm saying is this every country has problems and the people respond to them in different ways.............america has the most freedom and we do alot of good things.............but we are not perfect by a long shot..........we have poor education lots of hungry and homeless.....but face it this is the land of OPPORTUNITY so there is the chance to make it and do well for yourselves......and if we were so horrible then why does everyone want to come here....it ain't for the big macs i'll tell you.....................1
