Before eminem, we still had, jigga, nas, 2pac etc
All people who wrote ongs for the mainstream audience as well as the real rap fans.
Aight. I don't see anything wrong with this myself - maybe cuz Hip Hop's still a fairly small business in the UK - well actually its huge but not in the mainstream..
Our rap scene is very raw at the moment... Really raw - no bling bling shit..
It's like we've reverted back to when rap was about breakin and graf except its got the ruffness - stabbings shootings at clubs etc that artists had mid 90s.
UK is the future....
