the fbi cant sue anyone. this bullshit is the exact reason that we have checks and balances. the judges are not letting this fly. and ips can be masked very very easily and cannot be traced back. and they cant monitor your downloading. this is their process for finding wut i am calling victims because this is complete bullshit. someone from the riaa gets on kazaa and does a search for a song. then they check the users sharing that song to see how many songs they are sharing. they file for a lawsuit against that user for sharing that many files. the fbi then investigates who that person is through the ip address. they dont have some secret control over kazaa. they cant monitor kazaa and they cannot monitor your internet use. this is all complete bullshit. trust me when i say that the actions taken by the RIAA are criminal and will not be credible in court. the only ones actually paying money are the morons that are too stupid to call an attorney who is qualified to deal with this type of case.
