my honest opinion is that grades don't mean much. if u going into science or math then grades = memorization. if u going into arts or business grades are subjective to ur ideas and rarely is some prof 20-30 yrs older than u r going to relate to your ideas.
also, once you've graduated grades mean nuthin. your certificat and job refrences get u the interview and ur personal skills get u the job.
only doctors and scientists need high grades because they need to memorize a lot of shit. the rest just need to pass and use education to find out what they interested in. once u find what ur interested in u shouldn't need the stigma of 'good grades' to motivate u studying. but then again, the thing people interested in ain't always shown to u through school neither.
