For the record... mods and super mods and admins... when it comes to keeping the main populus under control, are actually unnecessary. But that is only assuming that everyone can control themselves. Essentially, this would be an anarchic system, as there would be no government and the people would govern themselves.

Of course... there needs to be admins, super mods, mods etc. etc. because you're all inherintly dicks.
