^ Agreed, except for the "9/11" metaphor: what do the events of September 11th have to do with border conflict(s)? Directly, nothing. Admittedly, citizenship ought to be academic in the pursuit of an American education. However, one of the sole reasons that this thread was introduced was the influence of the almighty dollar. I find it strikingly horrific that the majority of the complaints pertaining to new bills and/or laws are (and continue to be) directly related to (the loss of) "our" money.

But that's besides the point. . Questions for the author of this thread: Who introduced this bill turned law? What was the name of the bill?
