Well I do my best writing when I'm by myself. I just turn off the stereo and the TV or whatever and that's when my mind state is at it's illest. That's what I recommend for other writers. Just turn everything off and you'd be amazed at the stuff you can come up with. And it's important to be versatile.


And getting mentored by a battle veteran will help you alot also. It does for me, my mentor is an emcee/champion battler from Detroit, he's been doing the damn thing for 10 years now. I first met him over a year ago and we became real tight. And I've learned alot from him. So I would say find somebody willing to mentor you. For the sake of elevation, of course.

You are already on a higher level as far as expressing yourself in rhyme. I like reading your stuff, keep it up. One+
