MJ had this with multis and flow...u both were basically tied in vocabulary.....Bio had better personals, punches, and wordplay.....so here's how i see it....

Flow - Mary Jane
Vocabulary - Tie
Metas - Bionicle
Wordplay - Bionicle
Creativity - Bionicle
Complexity - Bionicle
Violence - Bionicle
Multis - Mary Jane
Punches - Bionicle
Personals - Bionicle

pretty one sided when a REAL breakdown is done....u both did pretty good...but Bio got this by a football field...
