To be absolutley fair, sick perverts are not like that. Sick perverts are the kind of guys who'll get a good look at a girl, and then think about it when they're alone in bed at night. The kind of guy you described was a rapist.

What's seriously even worse, is that many men are too stupid to realize when they've committed a rape. Seriously, a man generally has no idea to comprehend the subtle communications women make. Hell, even I can't make out the non-verbal speach of women.

Anyway... even I know rape is wrong and it shouldn't be committed. I suggest that you suggest to the victim that she seek help and treatment. Being raped is a very traumatic experience. It's hard for a person to deal with it on their own.
