you dont count syllables to flow...

its called...get some rhythm...lol

besides...counting syllables will produce the same result throughout the whole song...good songs don't contain the same amount of syllables on each line, or close to it...

use jay z for an example...its called riding the beat...

you don't use every part of the beat for lyrics...there are pauses, holds, parts that are faster, parts that are drawn out...etc...

"I keep askin, I keep on askin/
but everytime I speak I suffer deeper gashes/"

Nowhere near the same ammount of syllables...yet it flows perfect...because there is a delay where the lines begin and end...

its how you write, and whether you have rhythm or not...
