Get Acid Pro. And get the book on how to use it. Also, you need to read up on how to mix in general. Every track will be different. There is no one group of presets for anything. You need to learn the basics in mixing vocals. There are books you can pick up as well as online guides. There are some good guides for this sort of thing on rm.
