alright if its all wutang affiliates and everything it would have to be Cappadonna, the pillage is a great ass fuckin cd, creative and all that.. if its just original members it be Ghostface Killah, he has the sickest skillz, maybe not the best skillz or vocab but he puts it all together good....meth is tight too but like he not as good at everything as ghost
