^ Everyone I banned shared an IP with Brooklyn. However, I realize that under certain circumstances, that can be possible. But, in order for that to be possible, they have to either share their passwordw with eachother, or live extremely close to one another. Either way, I checked post history and they would always vote for eachother. So, he is banned for either D/R'ing himself, or D/R'ing in general. You were caught in a voting ring awhile back, so I'd be careful with throwing your opinions on this subject. You should be banned right now.
