"NET-BATTLING=all good to have pre-writtins if your battling cause ya usually have a time limit anyway, so its obvious everything was prepared, if ya had a time-limit of say 10-mins. then maybe that could be classed as a freestyle/keystyle of the top. but over-all, pre's are meant for net-battlin

"VERBAL BATTLING" its all good to have punches or wateva hiddin away, and ready for use, long as they yours, they fresh, and it fits the scene, then why not bust it. not through ya whole freestyle, just maybe as a filler, or if it fits the scene
