yes i understand what your getting at, he was saying what the people wante to hear after they were made the "bitches" of WW1, the ppl were pissed and he was the voice of the people.. but no he wasnt the greatest speaker btu it does take some talent to make a whole stadium stand still as soon as you take the mic
