its not PCP it wouldnt quite have that effect although it would be similar, the shit you had was laced in...Base....
Its like really dirty ecstasy you usually get it in pill form
...but when heated it liquifies (i kno i cant spell)
you can pour it str8 on and when dry, its undetectable untill you hit it.

when you find this fucker, beat his ass so hard...
because hittin that shit unprepared or when your not used to it
can be very fuckin dangerous, i mean DEAD kinda dangerous
