Nothing in this article Really Proves that Suge was behind this. Pac to me isn't the greatest, but to many, his death gave him more credit than deserving. He's Dead btw, so don't think that he's still in Cuba or whatever. Believe me, I Honestly was not happy when Suge came out back in 2001, and I was happy when he went back in...He's not a good person for Hip Hop-mainstream or underground. Though he may not have been directly behind it, I have a feeling he knew about it.
