I was the one that banned (but not ip) gotsloveforrap for using an alias and posting over 20+ posts in various threads with immature comments and whatnot that took me a while to clean up. I'm on more forums than you can count on your hand and this is the only one that has the most childish behavior. If you cannot follow some simple rules, then we won't miss you when you leave or get banned.

That being said, you are banned for spamming another forum. If you don't like RB, then leave. I don't see the point of telling everyone that you are leaving and then trying to get people from the same forum you are leaving to come along with you. And I'm sure the mods and owners on those other forums wouldn't like having people spam RB on there either.
