it's quite eisially seen in my eyes that Tech9 is one of tha greatest topical rappers out there, but i wouldn't put him "underground" or "mainstream" but "purgatory", especially if he comes out with another "psycho bitch", "this ring" or "absolute power" (tha song not CD), then he would hit hard wit tha publicity he's been havin in tha past year...
