Pac and Em - One Day At A Time


If we can only learn to take, our anger and our hate
Control our mental state, settle down and just set it straight
Maybe we can learn to take, the second to pump the breaks
'Fore we said it, we regret it, later and let it escalate..


Haven't heard 'pump the breaks' used in everyday speech, ever. Em says it in a track, and suddenly kids have been saying it for a years.. Funny how that happens, isn't it?
