The last thing on my mind was death on my way to church
but God had his hands at work a plan to help or a plan to hurt

blindsided and realizing at that time I thought my brother was flying

and I watched as the weight of the two cars crushed my family
and at fifteen years old I was suddenly catupolted into action
grabbin my dads arm and gaspin for breath away from the gases
but the seatbelt was fastened so I smashed in the glasses
and grabbed it to snap it but I could'nt keep up the traction
I slipped and fell saddened I could'nt rescue the passengers
and after minutes and drastic work I watched the gasses burn
I saw my dad he turned and mouthed the words that forever stayed
it was meant to be this way God has a plan for you just pray
and when that car came my way you know I prayed that fatal day
when my angel saved me from the embrace of heavens gates
