iight, well there's all these new slang terms popping up out of nowhere, and im starting to get a little confused, but there is this one song that i heard somewhere but it goes something like this

Chorus:

ok, im preety sure that milkshake means something sexual having to do with a female as the song is sang by a female, but wtf i don't get it... there's just so many different things it could mean having to do sexually with a female, but what EXACTLY does it mean? anyone know?
