In my mind this case does warrant special circumstances. Had he not caused such a scare to the genreal public, I could have been content with him serving life without the possiblity of parole. Since he inflected so much psycological harm and tramma he deserves what the jury ultamitly decided. Kids in that part of the nation are mentally scared for who knows how long, there is no way you can take back the fear some of those children felt. Innocense is something we can never regain, who is he to strip so many young minds of that innocense. They had to witness this first hand agaisnt thier own will, the media played every angle, and I 'm know the schools talked about it in class rooms. Children will carry those thoughts and images in thier mind for a life time. Screw him, I think the Jury did what they felt was appropriate. He terrorized so many, so he should be delt with accordingly. (No offense to all you bleeding heart liberals, I am not always pro death penalty, I take my side one case at a time)
