I may not be a very smart man, but I know my football. I know the marketing tactics of the NFL, (hype the shit of a 'new-gen' player to attract more viewers) and you know why you know people that agree with you? Because you live in fucking Atlanta, dumbass. Kids here swear Jake Plummer is the best thing since fried rice, but they are wrong. And so are you. Vick is not one of the best in the league. He has done nothing to prove otherwise. Granted, I cannot predict the future, and he still has to develope, but I can name you 20 other quarterbacks in the last 10 years who were supposed to be 'The next big thing'. If you are going to be so blinded by the marketing propaganda, you are going to be in for a big dissapointment. |
