Gliding through life, the recipient of some resurgent seuteurs
He failed to acknowledge the presence of an emerging future
A purged computer, mind-frame will resolve with its recipe
While he struggled to realize why he must evolve to necessity
People preached and every event had demanded a story. .
He shrugged them off, thinking they desired a hand in his glory
True to "his people" eternally; he would bleed for men & kids
While they exasperated his coat-tails. . & reaped the benefits
Looters, cheaters. . Even marauders swarmed on his face until. .
An enlightening moment, "Aha! My faults are organizational!"
Was he too late? He hadn't expected tons of these bleeders
But they bled upon viewing this decrepid underachiever
An innocent victim - entwined in the massive jungle of deceit
Heads shook in disappointment as he stumbled to his feet. .
No helping hands had felt the man's disastrous clairvoyance
But a picturesque smile would ensue his laugh of enjoyment
Now. .
They wondered why he honed the most pretentious of vanities
& public emotion resulted in unending questions of sanity
A bottomless trance emphatically answered a lot of demands
Silence was the virtue that aided him in his despotic advance
On top of the mountain; Knowing that he'd counted on the stress. .
That bettered him to the point which detractors frowned upon success
It's an individual victory; one that can only supplement your wealth
When everybody else hates it. .
It's easiest to chucke to yourself
