people that say jay z is overrated has not listen to all his albums
he doesn't go platinum consistently...for just about all his cds for no reason..but then again that doesn't prove anything cus their are a lot of overrated artist that go platinum too.
well in my opinion jay is def. not overrated...he delivery and flow is sick....
