How bout the fact Rakim turned down all but 1 beat from Premo. Then it take Dr. Dre forever to decide how he's gonna drop Rakim's album, but then Rakim leaves cuz Dre moves like a snail, then when Rakim wants some Premo beats afterall, Premo say's......"he'll think about it."
