Yes...but say someone on RB...had all the hype EM had
before droppin his ish...then it would sell, just like em...
In the music industry...its all about looks, sound and
money....there's no attempt at quality, unless your talkin
about production quality control...

1st...the futre 'star' is spotted, approached....he/she
will then get all excited..your manager is then roped
in by the agency w/ money (most managers are money grabbers)
The manager gets his cash and rights...then the agency draft out your contract....
The artist signs (almost everytime) and is left w/ a contract
legally binding...giving the agency complete control of your
music...how its presented...and how your presented...
To them you are a product...and they want to sell you..
..it doesnt matter who you are...as long as you sing/rap/play instrument or w/e
They pick out someone who looks right...because they believe
the public wont buy ugly peeps albums (alltho we would)
even if 500 kids said i wont ugly boy...they'd refuse...
because they are arrogant and ig'nent....the other reason
is they cant make as much off you for say..clothe's advertising
and what not if your ugly/fat or w/e

All that is needed to sell an artist is backing...by backing
i mean lots of cash...which unfortunatly...means..less space
in the market for Quality lyricists, vocalist's and instrumentalists

What i'm saying is...it doesn't matter who you are...
give the artist enough hype...and they will sell

This is what i have learnt from working in these area's
so i quit...my life is now dedicated to raising enough money
for my company...that will hopefully raise the bar on
actual talent within the industry......
