Well i dunno i think you should stick to one name, but if you get bored of it you can change it on the same profile, so whats the point in changing?
But on top of that he is still using both accounts,so its got nothing to do with preference of name.
As for voting, i dont think he has voted for himself so fuck it- each to there own.
