honeslty, its not the greatest thing i've ever seen
really its far from it
one thing you did manage to nail down was the color
but just about everything else is really "beginner"

work on text placement, thats key when doing banners
my suggestions?
maybe eliminate two of the three psds you used, and make the one you decide to use real big
keep it to either the right or left side, and use the opposite side for text

if that doesnt sound like it'll work, i still suggest going back and trying some stuff with text and making it stick out more...
but for now it aint awful, just needs a bit of work
