Battles:
Battles will be chosen at random, unless a request has been made in the designated thread. Once posted, opponents will agree on a line limit in their check-in posts. No less than eight (8) lines. Battles will be posted on Monday, with check-ins due Wednesday and verses due Friday. Once both verses have been dropped, votes will be due by Sunday.
Voting:
Each competitor must vote on at least 3 battles each week. Voting on more than 3 is acceptable, but you must edit 3 links into your check-in. For every link you are missing you will have 1 vote removed. Even if you have signed out of the league while your battle is pending, you must still post links.
Ladder Ranking System:
Everyone will start with 0 points, but each week your amount will change according to the following system:
Winning a battle by KO - +3 points
Winning a battle w/o KO - +2 points
Draw - +1 point
No-showing - -1 point
Every 4 weeks there will be 3 title matches conducted accoring to the following system.
Heavyweight Match - 1st place vs. 2nd place
Middleweight Match - 3rd place vs. 4th place
Lightweight Match - 5th place vs. 6th place
Gimmick Matches
Every once in a while you will battle in a gimmick match. This means there will be a unique stipulation, such as dissing yourself, using a list of words, etc. The same rules about line limits and when verses are due will stay the same in gimmick matches.
Signing Out of KLL
If you choose to sign out of KLL you will be allowed to sign back in at any future week. However, as stated above, if you sign out during a week you're battling in, you are still responsible for voting on other KLL battles.
