well if u are saying that he did feed, but he did not bite....then he broke the rules.
i never brought up biting..cuz he obviuosly didnt bite.....and i never thought he did feed either...cuz its obvious he didnt.
but u said feeding is 100% allowed...but it clearly states in ur rules that its not?
