Yeah this aint even that big of a deal. The ones he took from garageband for "Love In This Club" was bigger, those were pre-recorded loops that he basically just jacked.
Aint nothing wrong with using a stock arpeggiator in a track, people do it ALL the time... he's just mad he didn't get to it first.
