although he didn't follow the rule of a poster, i don't see you disqualifying him so i guess he's good. so i go with tech on this....his text has that actual graffity feel while you basically just cut a srious of pictures and dix the box thing which is pretty simple, plus he used the x which is a mark of the game, more creative as well.....nice job to both of you but tech took this
