How to get drum kits to play on Fruity Loops?!

I got plenty of samples and drum kits on my computer that are .wav files. But how do I get the sounds on my Fruity Loops?
The 808 is a beast but damn!, I can't use it on every song I make.
Like for instance the I.N.F.O drum kit, how to I get the sounds to be on FL.
**** Ohh yhea another thing, does the sounds have to be .wav? Can it be MP3?
