The City of Angels, our country's basic need
Pure harmony in a nation found on greed
We didn't want Brittain's taxes for defending us
So we rebelled and gave the revoloution a thrust
prepared to die for freedoms being stolen
the rights outbalance our wrongs, our good golden
Our country found, a flag sood proud
Yet the corruption in liberty stood sound
Tradegies are just mankinds second flaw
Upholding our desire for money with law
A war between brothers devided our cause
The nation split into two and called civil
A root for hate and society's upheavel
I call upon the hour glass to reflect time hovering
We tried to stop a new form of governing
Share with the people no privileged just poor
But the evil didn't let the towntrodden system open the door
We started war, yet not officialy
without consulting congress, yet they were let free
Now were in countries attacking with superior intelligence
Destroying those who wronged innocent people without political revelevance
We aren't free just a target for seizure
Libery has had wars, but none please her
Maybe there are patriots, our freedom, in our hearts a peice
