baggy clothes have nothing to do with being black.baggy cothes are a part of hip-hop culture.the same culture where white people buy 70% of all hip-hop record sales.if your a man and listen to hip-hop ill say its almost mandatory you wear baggy clothes or your perpatrating.dressing like a rock star makes you a part of another culture.ill stick with my baggy jeans.
