Unattainable Love

Wind breeze embraces my face, waiting for my love to arrive
Eyes glazed over with joy,.. waiting for our moment to derive
I try to do everything with you in an attempt for you to realize
That I want our hearts to beat in unison for love to materialize

I gaze out the window, darkness falls upon me like an incision
I sense I’m being watched, the trees are obstructing my vision
I swear he’s back,. but the injunction! Lost my bodily functions
Terrors engulfing my cerebral junction afraid of my assumptions

I look around making sure my apartment’s secure from intrusion
Pick up the phone dialled 911 praying he’s not an Illusion
Just the thought of him makes my emotions unstable
Like a chemical reaction my attempts to control unable

He would follow me obsessively at first he tried to befriend me
Then he started to call, said he loved me, but he doesn’t know me?
