"systems in a down"

this crazy and confused world of ours lost touch with the galaxy's plans
now universal disorder is in order...controlled by the magic hands of man
we as humanity have become too busy traveling these unraveling paths
with no sense of direction but an ignorant perception for the aftermath
God created us in his own image then gave us free will and spirited souls
we sold those clearance price to control a globe in hopes of infinite gold
all's we got were the woes of those in which we should never of known
every piece of the puzzle has been lost or hidden in the forbidden zones
how did we cross lines deemed impassable and surpass the unimaginable
why did the tangible turn out dismantled and strength become so fragile
when did broad daylight become a designated place to hide our shadows
whats the purpose of illuminating darkness when it finds all the whackos
wheres plan b? or a right way, or the choice that wont fail ever so often
we're too busy tackling issues instead of removing the nails in our coffins
how 'bout this...embrace pain, evade the sane...and frequent our sorrow
the journey will not be made...if there is nothing worth seeking tomorrow
