Click on the picture of your rapper and in the lower left corner there is a link labeled "Chill".

It is currently set so that they need to make a move in 24 hours or they lose their turn. This can be changed to 1 hour if there are enough requests for it.

When you have money, go into the Item Shops link under the Rapperz menu at the top of the page and select the 7-Eleven to buy food.
