I use all the default sounds on the demo of FL Studio and my beats come out fine....

....maybe its just me

Here's an alternative for those on a budget down load a break beat off lime wire and sample the kicks, snares, hi hats and anything else and use them in your beats....
....its just another way to make beats i perfer tweaking sounds to my liking.
