Hmm, first listening.
That crunk melody has been used an awful lot in just about everything crunk, so already I'm a little bored.

I'd say #1 this beat needs a lot more to it, right now it sounds like somewhat complete?
Like throw some deep orchestra or string hits in right before the bar or even to start it out...that would sound a lot nicer.
The little whistle is a good touch though.
Hook definetly needs a lot more to seperate it though.

So yea, good start, just keep working on it.
