color wise youre on point, at least your shit matches

but just abou everything else needs work
the background in itself isnt awful, but that and the DMX psd looks horrid together.
id say tone the contrast down a bit too, everything starting to look choppy...adn thats when you know you went way overboard

make the text bigger, use it to fill up space
maybe check out some text tutorials...nothing wrong with that
