The anal sex thing. Too many people got the wrong idea when they read that. They didn't seem to get it. It was an integral part of what was being explained. Put in relatively 'normal' thought/situation. I guess it roughly epitomised what was being depicted...it wasn't just about titilation and what not. Though that was a substantial factor to add to the effect, like....
