I'm not gonna vote, but here's my breakdown.

Fatal:
The backround is nice, but I think it would have looked better if his pictures would have stood out just a little more, and a few more. The text is blah. The pic is a tad small. Old school style.

You have a new school style. It was going fine until that text above Stop. That killed your sig. The blending isn't that good either. I like the concept, but I think Fatal got this for a smoother look and blending.
