I'm not gonna read your links lmao. Having big muscles doesnt mean you're in great shape and great health if you're stiff as fuck and your muscles only have strength but no endurance

I can hold myself in a pushup position and stay like that for a looooot longer then you can believe me


Jack3d isnt bad for you lmao and mass xxx isnt bad either.. and as for my diet its probably one of the best out there.

so ya idc its my lifting routine and dieting so honestly idc what u think.
