Try this for dinner next time

IP:

Breaded and deep friend pork.

Use pork filet, pork tenderloin or pork loin cutlets (even chicken too). Add salt and pepper and other spices to your taste onto the meat and then crack a couple eggs into a bowl and whip them nicely. Dip the meat cutlets into the egg until it's completely covered and then place the meat into a bowl of bread crumbs and roll it around until it's covered in crumbs. You don't need flour, don't use flour. Now heat up your oil (preferably canola or vegetable as it has a high burn rate) and then throw the meat in to deep fry.

There you go, that's Tonkatsu. Traditionally served in japan with shredded cabbage and raddish, steamed rice and miso soup, but broccoli and bean sprouts half boiled and then fried in butter is pretty damn good too.

Serve the meat with tonkatsu sauce, and use japanese stye bread crumbs (the ones with breaded shrimp [tempura] on the front). If you can't find a local asian market then just use steak sauce, gravy, or any sauce that suites your taste as a subsitute and any kind of bread crumbs.

I'll take a picture after I cook some up tonight after I smoke a fat cannon with my homie and cook some up so you can see how it should come out looking
