Atticus - I disliked the quotes in the middle of the piece and skipped over them...they had no relevancy to the verse itself, though it did to the topic; and I understand the last part of the poem (albeit the misspelling of 'forgot' when it should be 'forgotten') where you mentioned
Z because it was in the quote, but, they really halt the flow of the entire piece.
Anyway, the topic was alright. Liked the jellyjar-firefly metaphor...prettty decent vocabulary...you missspelled gnoll, shitface...uhm...8.5/10
