i percieve this scene as a dream, then i scream "IM WIDE AWAKE!!!"...
not everything you see is as it seems, let my third eye dialate...
let me strain...comprehend and grow...elevate to know lifes pain...
because with torturous chains removed, i improve, on my own i have gained...
fortunes...fame...experience...love...honor...and knowledge of ones self...
how can you enjoy heaven......if you havent been celled in ones hell...
give me one breath, one inch to move, one spoken word of power...
i am the american dream, from sacred dirt i will build an empire of towers...
these four ghosts steal hope and visions, it was written with blood on their fingertips...
never will they sign my name in their ledger, i am better, i have overthrown ignorance...
i am a believer...a thorough-bred leader amongst a nation of lost causes...
gather your thoughts, make progress or pay the cost, remain flawed and just pause it...


(this is just a quick interpretation. to me, its more of a poem than a rap. i hope you all enjoy it.....it came from the soul. one.)
